Our "Babymoon" in the Bahamas! (warning: Lots of pictures!)

Jake and I decided to take a trip while it's still "just the two of us" over Thanksgiving! We went to Nassau Bahamas for a week! It was as relaxing as a vacation can get!!! We slept in every morning (of course) and then went to the pool and/or beach from about 10-5 every day!!!! It was quite dreamy!!! We had so much fun together and now are just counting down the days until little chicky arrives!

Still playing catch up...

Isn't that the story of my life? I just have to keep telling myself, as far as blogging goes, it's better late than never...right?! Well, our lives are busy, crazy, busy these days, but GREAT!
Last month my parents came out for a quick weekend visit! It was so much fun hanging with them!! It's always fun to have your parents all to yourself again when you are "all grown up"! :)
We went into the city and took the ferry to the Statue of Liberty! It was a very ugly, rainy day, but was a great time still!!
Back in September-ish, Jake and I went on a date to one of our favorite places in the city, Battery Park. It's right along the water and has beautiful views. We also took my parents there in Oct when they came!

I love...but I don't love...

Sorry to everyone who has been asking me to post pictures for the past few months!! I have so much catching up to do!! I haven't been good at taking them regularly, but here are a few belly pictures! 12 wks....bump barely there...
19 wks...unfortunately the back is bigger than the front here...
(10/30/09) 23 wks...it's officially an outie...
This is our "countdown to Baby" chain!! My neices, Alexa and Kira helped me make it! We started it at 16 wks so we have cut off 8 links already!!! It's fun laying in bed and staring at our slowly shrinking chain!
My thoughts on pregnancy thus far:
I love...feeling her kick & move constantly! Jake even gets to feel her every night!
but I don't love...my feet barely fitting into my shoes already :(
I love...buying her adorable tiny little clothes!
but I don't love...my belly button becoming an outie!
I love...planning her nursery!
but I don't love...my face getting chubbier despite my best efforts!
I love...not being sick anymore! It was a looonnng first 16 wks!
but I don't love...being ready for bed at 8:30.
I love...getting our weekly email updates on how big she is and what's developing this week!
but I don't love...feeling large, stretched, and uncomfortable! (I know it's only getting worse too!)
I love...daydreaming about her arrival and when she's here
but I don't love...having to be patient for 16 more weeks!
I love...her to pieces already!
Jake and I are having so much fun planning, buying, and talking about our little girly! We can hardly wait for her to get here! I'm feeling great these days and love feeling her move ALL the time!! She's quite the busy body! 24 wks down 16 more to go!!!

Ingrams come to the big city!!

We love visitors! Greg, Steph, Tay, Halle, and Grant came to visit us and see the big city for the first time in Aug! It was a jam packed, fun filled weekend!!!
Thursday night the girls (and Grant) went to the Taylor Swift concert at MSG! It was so much fun!!! We were in a suite with 5 other moms and their daughters! Greg and Jake had a nice date in the city with a walk along the river at Battery Park and golfing at Chelsea Piers!

We went into the city one day to show 'em the sights! The girls loved playing in Central Park and FAO Schwartz! Grant was quite the trooper!! We had an awesome dinner in Little Italy to end a great day!
Jake and I couldn't get enough of this little stud! He was always so happy and smiley! Jake made up a song about him and he loved hearing Jake and the girls sing it to him all weekend!
We had so much fun and can't wait for you to come back!!!!!

California Dreamin'

I'm so glad that I have been able to get internet here and there the last week so that I can catch up on all my pictures and posts!!

In August was the annual Reynolds Newport Beach Vacation! It's always a blast and there are always so many fun memories made! We had gorgeous weather all week and spent our days at the beach and our nights at the fun zone playing games and hanging out!

4th test's a charm!

The way we found out that I was pregnant is too long of story to type, but basically, we couldn't tell if the first 3 tests were positive or not, so I got a digital for my fourth and final pregnancy test!! I woke Jake up with breakfast in bed and a pregnancy test that had the words "PREGNANT"! Despite his face in the second one, he was very excited...well at least he is now! haha! It just took a few days for the shell shock to wear off!
We bought plain white onesies and wrote "Surprise- see you Feb 2010" and "Lucky #9/#10" on them and gave them to our parents to tell them the exciting news! It was so fun telling our families!!!

Indy trip to see new babies!!!!

It's a miracle!!! I am somehow getting wireless internet off a neighbor! I thought this day would never come!!! I thought I better hurry and post a few happenings from the last few months! In July we went to Indy to visit and see our new niece and nephew! Lydia was born May 29 and Grant on June 4!
Since I was home for about 10 days I was able to do lots of fun things with everyone! I went to Tay and Halle's TBall game, to the zoo with the Brewers, witnessed the first annual "cousins campout" at my parents with all the grandkids, Lydia's baby blessing, 4th of July, boating trip, etc!!!! It was so much fun!!
It was a very HOT day and Halle just wasn't feelin it! Greg had actually poured a little bit of water on her neck to cool her down and try and make her smile, but it didn't work too well...
Molly's new best friend!!!

The first annual cousins campout! My parents had all the grandkids over for a campout in the backyard! It was really cute how excited they all were for this! They slept in tents, cooked hot dogs and smores over a campfire, played yard games, and had a "hay" ride (without the hay)! And since everyone survived the tradition will continue for cousins campout 2010!!!

Heidi and Taylor were pros in the kayak...Riley and Molly were happy as clams just "canoeing" on the shore!!!
