4th test's a charm!

The way we found out that I was pregnant is too long of story to type, but basically, we couldn't tell if the first 3 tests were positive or not, so I got a digital for my fourth and final pregnancy test!! I woke Jake up with breakfast in bed and a pregnancy test that had the words "PREGNANT"! Despite his face in the second one, he was very excited...well at least he is now! haha! It just took a few days for the shell shock to wear off!

We bought plain white onesies and wrote "Surprise- see you Feb 2010" and "Lucky #9/#10" on them and gave them to our parents to tell them the exciting news! It was so fun telling our families!!!

Indy trip to see new babies!!!!

It's a miracle!!! I am somehow getting wireless internet off a neighbor! I thought this day would never come!!! I thought I better hurry and post a few happenings from the last few months! In July we went to Indy to visit and see our new niece and nephew! Lydia was born May 29 and Grant on June 4!
Since I was home for about 10 days I was able to do lots of fun things with everyone! I went to Tay and Halle's TBall game, to the zoo with the Brewers, witnessed the first annual "cousins campout" at my parents with all the grandkids, Lydia's baby blessing, 4th of July, boating trip, etc!!!! It was so much fun!!
It was a very HOT day and Halle just wasn't feelin it! Greg had actually poured a little bit of water on her neck to cool her down and try and make her smile, but it didn't work too well...

The first annual cousins campout! My parents had all the grandkids over for a campout in the backyard! It was really cute how excited they all were for this! They slept in tents, cooked hot dogs and smores over a campfire, played yard games, and had a "hay" ride (without the hay)! And since everyone survived the tradition will continue for cousins campout 2010!!!

Heidi and Taylor were pros in the kayak...Riley and Molly were happy as clams just "canoeing" on the shore!!!

BABY KICKED!!!

No, we still don't have internet so no pictures yet! But, this morning I was laying down reading and I felt a tiny foot kick me! The babe kicked about 3 times! It was the first time I have been able to feel it! It was so cool!!! Jake wasn't home at the time, but later I laid down to see if it would happen again and Jake got to feel it!!!!!!! Great moment!!! I think it just wanted me to know that he/she was there. We are very excited to meet you! :)

No internet? Seriously?

I would really love to post lots of updates and pictures, but we just moved and we don't have internet at our new place yet! :( BOO!! So, hopefully soon I will be able to post all of our fun happenings the last couple of months and some baby bump pictures!

Everything is going well with the babe! I have totally turned a corner and I'm feeling much better these days!!! I can't believe it took this long, but I am so happy to not be nauseous all the time! We have an apt next Thurs, Oct 1 to HOPEFULLY find out the sex!!!! We cannot wait to hear those words!!!

We have SO much to tell you, but first things first...

February 23, 2010....our lives will change forever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jake and I are VERY excited to announce that we are expecting!! I realize I have ALOT to post from the last couple of months, but let's start with the most important! I am 14 wks now and things are going well. I am finally starting to feel better and I'm not nauseous 24/7...only about 2/7! This is the latest ultrasound picture of our little munchkin!

Still a few months behind....

Ok...I am still working on getting updated here!!! In April, we went to Tennesee on a good 'ol Ingram family vacation!!!! It was SO much fun spending time with everyone and it went by way too fast!! This was our attempt at getting a picture of everyone! WOW!

We went on a fun, easy hike with everyone and a tougher, 8 mile hike, with Dad, Greg, Jake, Isaac, and I. The kids loved the hike and they all found cute little branches for their hiking sticks! The 8 mile trail was beautiful the whole way and it ended at some gorgeuos falls, and of course my camera died once we got to the top!

Don't worry about what Greg is doing...we learned it's better not to ask...

We did so many fun things- we drove go carts, went putt-putting, went to a really cool interactive museum called Wonder Works, or the "upside down house", and went to dinner and a show!

It was also Halle's bday so we were able to have a Pink Pirate Party at a park!! It was really fun and the most amazing cake!!

We miss everyone so much and can't wait to see them again soon!!!!!

A little over due....

I can't believe how long it's been since I have posted anything! We have had an awesome last few months. Back in March, our best friends from Indiana, Carly and Brad, came for a visit! They had never been to New York, so it was great taking them to all the 'touristy' spots in the city and also showing them around our cute little town! We took the train into the city on Friday and walked around Times Square, Rockafellar Center, down 5th Avenue, etc. That night we went to a Knicks game and stayed in a hotel in Times Square that night!! It was so much fun waking up in the city! Saturday we spend the entire day seein the sites and that night we went to a Rangers game! Sunday we were able to just relax and hang out together before they left.
When we lived in Indy, the 4 of us were always together and having fun, so it was an awesome blast from the past being with them again! We miss you guys so much and thanks for spending your Spring Break with us!!!

we are still alive...

I can't believe how long it's been....
We have had a very busy, but FUN last couple of weeks! First, we had Ashley and Dallas (Jake's sis and nephew) here for week full of fun and then the same day she flew out, our bestest friends from Indy came to stay at the Reynolds B & B and see the BIG CITY for the first time! Less than one week after they left, I flew home to visit Indy for a few days and then we all went down to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee for good 'ol Griswold family vacation!!!
So many pictures and fun things to post, so little time!!!! We had so much fun with all of our visitors and on our vacation!! Pictures and posts to come!

Jake's Birthday weekend

Happy Birthday to you! Jake just turned 25 and we had an amazing weekend celebrating! First, we both took his birthday (Thurs) off, so we had a fun lazy day with breakfast in bed, presents, and out to lunch! That night we went to Bennihanas with the O'Neils for a fun dinner!

Friday night we went to the Knicks vs Celtics game at Madison Square Garden! After that I had a little surprise planned for the bday boy! I got a hotel in the city for after the game Friday night!!!! Jake was SO surprised and excited! After the game we walked to our hotel, the Hilton in the middle of Times Square!! We checked in and went strolling through Times Square at midnight! It really is the city that never sleeps! And Saturday we spent the day in the city, walking, shopping, sightseeing, and having a blast together!!!

Ok, so I meant to post this right after our Utah Christmas pictures, but our internet has been so moody...

We flew out of Utah on Christmas morning at 4:45am for Indianapolis!! We were in Indy for 10 days!!! It was great having so much time with Mom and Dad! The boys had a ping pong tourney I think every night, and the girls shopped I think every day! Julie and Steph are both prego, and unfortunately Steph was pretty sick and out of it, except for one night she was being feisty and we were able to see the real Steph! New Years Eve my parents had about 40 adults and just as many kids over for a New Years bash. It was alot of fun! We stayed up until 5am!
